3.Unwinding and splicing:

1).two layer 3D protect non woven,surface layer,touch composite non woven,ADL,up tissue(or non woven），SAP sheet，down tissue，bottom film,bottom film composite non woven,Pattern tape,waistband inside non woven,waistband outside non woven all adapt frequency control unwinding and auto splicing.

2).the machine run stable when splicing material,can choose manual or automatic splicing

3).can set the splicing speed at touch screen

4.Man-machine interaction:

1)the touch screen install at machine center,have Chinese and English language

2)The material deficiency,splicing,blower trip all will display at screen

3)Can set the counting at touch screen

4)Touch screen will display machine speed,output quantity

5.safety device

1) equip with safety guard

2) Arrange urgent stop ,rise speed,reduce speed buttons in some place of machine for easier operation

3) Have safety line at the back of the machine

4) The rotary cutters all have transparent cover

6.electric wire will install at trunking,divide by strong current and weak current.the wire is tidy.

8.Glue machine:

1)reasonable leave spray glue space,keep 90° spray glue,the glue machine locate at machine top,glue tube put in the machine from top and go out from wall,keep the glue tube away from machine running parts
