Basic configuration

1.Reasonable square steel machine frame.

30mm thickness wall board adapt six-sided milling machine treated.

Frame adapt 50mm*50mm solid square steel.

The wall board adapt screw riveting，it will be more stable than welding,the plane all adapt riveting.

Bedframe adapt 100mm*100mm*8mm square steel.

Back driving widen to 1100mm,it will be easier for maintain because high space.

Some material adapt external unwinding device feeding material 90°.

The machine have second floor for locate glue machines.it can save space.

2.Crusher system

Equip with pulp shelf,use motor rise the pulp,pulp max diameter≤1400mm.

Use best Chinese brand crusher “minghai”,30KW,can crush untreated pulp,semi-treated pulp and treated pulp,can crusher max width 500mm,the pulp bursting strength≤1300kpa ,crusher≥500kg/h.

Pulp adapt servo motor control,the pulp feeding speed will match with main machine automatic,the machine can be stop automatic when pulp use up.

3.Pulp forming system

1. Use single model wheel forming,model wheel diameter 1300mm,cotton core width can be 125mm±10%,can be adjust

2. The SAP will adding to model wheel mix with pulp

3. The pulp will forming 3 layer cotton,the top and bottom layer don’t have SAP,the middle layer will have SAP

4. The cotton core thickness can be adjust by rotary brush

5. Molding blower is 45KW(import brand)

6. Equip with bag dust collector.

4.SAP adding system

1. Quantity:3-10g/pcs,control by servo motor

2. The feeding quantity can be adjust at touch screen

3. Machine will give a alarm when SAP is near use up

4. Sensor will detect the SAP box quantity and absorb the SAP to box automatic when it is near use up
