2. Adapt DANFO frequency control the raw material unwinding,so that the material can run well when it is high speed(200m/min).

3. Adapt PLC control the whole machine ,operation staff can make most operation on the touch screen,like the speed,size,thickness,the quantity of raw material etc.

4. Optional device include full auto packing machine,manual packing machine,glass safety door,intelligent defect inspection system and dust treatment unit,these give client more choice.

5. Most part install inching button,more accurate adjustment can make the product more perfect.

6. Every raw material equipment with double shaft and auto splicing button.the machine needn’t stop when the raw material is use up.Raw material equip with tension control system and web guide,guarantee material go right way,improve the quality of the product.

7. Main machine can connect with stacker machine and full automatic packing machine,than can save 6-8 packing workers,saving cost,add the company competitiveness.
