Technical Parameter

Characteristic:

●The machine adopts servo motor,frequency controlling speed.PLC Control System,including automatic tension control,automatic counting,setting cutting size,automatic stop by setting time&number and other many functions.

●Unwinding jumbo roll part use automatic air shaft(3/6 inch,optional) or shaft-less(3/6 inch,optional)

●Unwinding jumbo roll part adopts EPC system,automatic correcting web material position and keeping high cutting precision.

●Machine shelf adopt casting steel,guillotine knife use heavy casting structure,traction rollers use static balance processing aluminum rollers.

●Automatic stacking&trimming finished sheets,using two stage motors to convey sheets to broadside.The convey broadside model machine can link to automatic packaging machine.

Web de-curling device

The de-curling device stretches the web against the curl from the unwind roll to make the sheets as straight as possible.

In the picture and the diagram you can see the principle.

The web is fed over 3 main rollers, in the middle of these main rollers a small breaker-roller can be adjusted perpendicular to the main rollers so you can adjust the amount of de-curl you need for the specific material.

The adjustment is motorized so you can control the de-curl amount from the sheet side of the sheeter.

The total travel of the breaker roller must be from deep between the main rollers till completely free from the web in order to choose between aggressive de-curl to no de curl action at all.

To avoid bending of the breaker roller it has to be supported with several small bearings, divided over the length of the breaker roller.

A quick change slitting cutter technology:

The cutter quick change structure of the slitting machine, when replacing the 7, push up the 126, pull the 127 to make the 124 retreat, and the 126 descends under the action of the 125, blocking the 127 On the inner side, push the 122 into the 121, and then push up the 126 again, and push the 127 to make the 124 enter the 123. At this time, the 126 is under the action of the 125. Go down, block the outside of the 127 to prevent the 124 from retreating and come out, complete the fixed connection between the 2 and the 1, and then push the 3 into the 9, so that the 4 is inserted into the 11 and locks Tighten the bolt to lock and fix, complete the replacement of the 7, the work flow is simple and easy to operate, and the work efficiency is high.
