1.Raw material unwinding: adapt servo motor control speed

2.Hole punching : Use rotary cutter design, use servo motor control speed ,hole location can be easy change by servo control

3.W folding device :W folding, folding layers can be adjust to control the finish product width.

4.Cutter device : adapt servo motor control,cut length can be set at touch screen

5.Lengthways folding(thrice folding device):

6.Finish product conveyor: it have counting function

At 2013year ,we find the factories all make the surgical drapes by manual in Chinese market.It is very low efficiency and we have experience make the underpad machine which also need folding the underpad,so we team begin to research the surgical drapes folding machine.we make the first generation folding machine at 2014 year which is only have folding and hole punching function.The machine get a lot of orders at this year.

Then we begin research tape type at 2015 year and we success at this year.

At present,our machine is third generation,no matter machine stable or man operation,the third generation machine all a lot advance than the first generation.
