Basic configuration

Wind and air pipeline

1.The device of vacuum,forming wheel,dust collect equip with negative pressure blower

2.The wind way be installed in the machine top,made by square algam,reduce the static.the blower supply air source uniformly,the pressure can be adjust.

3.Air pipe install in machine top,air conveyor by water pipe uniformly,connect the air pipe at recent place,arrange pipe tidiness(these are 3 gasholder install in front,center and back part,guarantee air pressure uniform)

4.Frontal tape and side tape have independent wind pump

2.The touch screen will display material lacking,splicing,blowing,vacuum pump trip.

Heater system

1.Adapt temperature control and thermocouple control the roller temperature

2.Adapt high quality heater heat the roller

3.Use collecting ring control the temperature import and temperature signal get out

4.The heater roller adapt air cylinder add the pressure,all heat roller will rise up when machine stop and will put down when machine run,it also can be adjust by manual

Safety device

1.Equip with safe guard and door

2.Install the emergency stop button and safety line around machine

4.Add a platform in machine back(for place the glue applicator machines)

5.The electric wire have independent trunking at back drive side,divide into strong current and weak current,wiring tidily and have independent switch door.

Spray and slot glue control

1.Reasonable reserve the place for spray glue,adapt 90°spray glue,hose come form platform to back drive,then go through face wall,hose will fixed at drive box,would be not touch machine accessories.

2.Glue machine match with main machine,will auto spray glue with main machine,and will stop follow main machine itself,it also can be control by manual.

3.Offer 0-10V DC glue tracking single.

4.Equip with LED light in spray glue place.

5.The glue accessory need prepare by glue machine factory.
