5.Operating touchable screen：

1)Operating screen equipped on the middle of the machine, with Chinese and English program,It can be controlled remotely by computer.

2)Material shortage, joint, connection, Fan , Vacuum pump working state can show on the screen

3)The data of counting position, quantity can adjust on the screen

6.Safety device:

1) Equipped with a safety protective frame, the protective door is affixed with a safety warning line, and the thickness of the door panel is 5mm.

2) Arrange the emergency stop button reasonably in front of machine.

3) Emergency stop safety line shall be arranged in front and back of machine

4) It is equipped with multiple devices to speed up, speed down and alarm, and automatic speed up for easy operation

9. Spraying and scraping control and coordination:

1) Reasonably reserve the position of glue spraying, spray the Angle of glue gun with 90 degrees , the rubber pipe penetrates from the top of the machine into the rear transmission box and then comes out vertically from the panel, the rubber pipe can be fixed in the transmission box without friction with accessories, and baffle is installed at the bottom of all rubber spraying positions.

2) Cooperate with the glue machine to realize automatic gluing, automatic stop when the machine stops, and manual control

3) A light is installed in the spray area (safety voltage: 12V)

4) Glue supply motors of different sizes and sizes can adjust the speed automatically.

5) All the transition wheels before and after spraying/scraping are treated with plasma

6) Install electronic display screen to display the information of material receiving and breaking, joint weeding and so on
