Basic configuration
SAP adding device
1.Adding quantity :3-12g/piece
2.Adapt servo motor control the quantity,can adjust the gram weight by touch screen
3.Adapt screw quantify adding to cotton cabin,mix with pulp and forming together
4.Adding the SAP uniformly,continuously and quantify,the adding place is reasonable
5.Machine will give a alarm when SAP use up
6.According to electric eye,the machine can detection the SAP quantity and suck SAP to cabin automatic.
Down non woven feeding
1.Double shaft,A,B shaft control by servo motor independent,equip with tension constant system
2.Automatic splicing without reduce speed,auto reject function
3.Material detection,will give a alarm and stop machine automatic when material break or use up
