Basic configuration:
1.The machine frame adapt square steel let machine endurable.face plate is be processed by six sides and is 30mm thickness.support frame use 50mm solid square tube,bed plate frame use square steel 100mm*100mm,back drive place add width to 1100mm for easier fix.we set a maintenance passageway.square steel type frame,equip with foot plate.
2.Crusher system
1)Pulp shaft,use motor raise pulp,can splicing without stop machine.
2)Saw type high speed crusher(alloy),can crush untreated pulp,semi treated pulp and treated pulp.
3)Pulp feeding adapt servo motor control,can auto adjust the quantity by production speed,guarantee the each piece weight stable no machine machine run high speed or low speed.
4)Crush quantity:600kg/h
5)adapt single form wheel forming the cotton core,cotton core width is 90-110mm,it is adjustable
6)forming wheel adapt side suck,add the suck area, make the cotton core compact and soft.
7)SAP sent to cotton cabin and mix with pulp.
8)cotton subarea forming,divide into ADL layer(without SAP),mix layer(mix with SAP)bottom layer(without SAP)
9)equip with revolving brush which can adjust the cotton core thickness
10)forming blower power≥55KW(import brand blower)
11)equip with dust collector device(we offer cloth bag,other type need customer prepare) 180
