Dual-effect anti-permeation composite processing component
The machine integrates "low-temperature hot-pressing sealing unit + ultrasonic point sealing unit" : The hot-pressing unit precisely controls the temperature at 40-50℃ for PE film and forms a fully sealed edge through linear pressing to ensure anti-permeation performance. The ultrasonic dot bonding unit is set with an adjustable dot distance of 6-10mm for medical wood pulp paper, which enhances the interlayer firmness while retaining water absorption and breathability, avoiding functional damage to the raw materials caused by machine processing.
Precise cutting and safe use
Equipped with a high-precision cutting system, the cutting error is extremely small. The edges of the bib are trimmed smooth and flat, without burrs or excess fibers. At the same time, it can automatically process the corners of the bib into a smooth shape, fundamentally avoiding scratching the patient's skin, and is suitable for use by all kinds of people.
Finished product flatness calibration unit
After the cutting process, the machine is equipped with a hot air calibration module. The edge of the bib is shaped by low-temperature hot air to prevent the raw material from naturally curling due to its characteristics and improve the flatness of the finished product. The hot air temperature is lower than the heat resistance threshold of the raw materials, which does not damage the original functions of the raw materials and ensures that the finished products meet the requirements of the usage scenarios.
