1.What is your machine power?

The whole machine power is about 175KW,the pulp forming blower is 55KW,the conveyor belt blower is 15KW.the conveyor belt is 30KW,the raw material unwinding is 5.5*8=44KW.

2.Which type machine do you advise ?

At present ,semi servo machine have highest cost performance ratio.We don’t advise you buy the single motor machine which is cheapest and lowest capacity even if you just need low capacity machine.Single motor machine only use one motor,it it will let machine can’t be well coordinated.Like if cutter run little high than conveyor belt ,it will produce waste product to add your cost.The single motor machine don’t use motor initiative unwinding raw material.The raw material is unwinding by drag,when machine add speed or reduce speed,the pad will have wrinkle and your client will feel you make low quality machine.

3.How about the optional machine?

The optional machine have several machine,glue machine is necessary.About the packing machine,you can choose semi auto or full auto.full auto is high cost.Visual detection is also optional.It use camera look for the dirty in the pad,our machine will pick out the pad.
