1. What is the difference between frequency machine and servo machine?

A:frequency machine means use frequency motor control the speed,use frequency changer control the frequency motor.One machine have about 30 sets motor.Servo machine means use servo motor control the speed,use servo controller control the servo motor.Frequency changer signal is not as accurate as servo motor,so servo machine accurate is higher and can let machine run higher speed keep stable.Frequency machine need use gearbox to control cutters,servo motor can control cutter immediately,gearbox is easy broken when machine emergency stop a lot of times.Gearbox broken will let cutter cut pad edge wrong size.So servo motor can reduce the cost of change new gearbox every 2 year.The machine have 30 sets motor,and full servo machine is high price.so some client choose semi servo,it means just some motor use servo control,like 4 cutter,the arrangement wheel,the SAP and pulp feeding.These machine means semi servo machine.Usually the pad size is 600*900mm,if the pad length more than 900mm,frequency machine must change gear in the machine,servo machine no need change gear because servo motor can let machine run any speed at any time.
