Product Characteristics:

Pre-Cutting & Sizing: A PLC-controlled rotary cutter (or laser cutter for high-precision needs) trims the fabric into rectangular blanks of preset dimensions. For example, it can cut blanks for standard single pillow cases (50×75cm), king-size pillow cases (74×90cm), or travel mini pillow cases (30×45cm), with a cutting accuracy of ±0.3mm to ensure all blanks match exactly.

Edge Folding & Ironing : For high-end pillow cases (e.g., hotel-grade or branded products), a folding mechanism folds the raw edges of the blank inward by 1–2cm (adjustable based on design), and a hot-air ironing module presses the folds flat. This step eliminates loose threads and creates a neat "hemmed edge" that enhances durability and aesthetics.

Sewing & Seam Formation: The machine uses 1–2 industrial-grade sewing heads (lockstitch or overlock, depending on fabric type) to stitch the blanks into pillow case shapes. Key sewing actions include:Sealing three sides of the rectangular blank.

Adding reinforced topstitching  along the open edge to prevent fraying-critical for frequently washed pillow cases 

For zippered pillow cases , a dedicated zipper-feeding module automatically places and sews zippers into the open edge, replacing manual zipper alignment.

Post-Sewing Trimming: A secondary cutter trims excess thread or fabric scraps from the seams, ensuring the finished product has a clean, professional look-no loose threads that require manual trimming.

Counting & Collection: A photoelectric sensor counts finished pillow cases in real time, and a conveyor belt transfers them to a collection bin
