1. What is the delivery of this machine?
A: Usually the machine need 4 months to make,we don’t have present machine because this is a non-standard machine.We have different width machine can be choose ,like 600mm width machine(max pad width 600mm) 800mm width machine(max pad width 800mm) ,even 1000mm 1200mm machine.And machine spec also have different choice,some client want full servo which all parts motor use servo control,some client just want cutter part or SAP feeding part use servo motor.
2. How to choose the glue applicator machine?
You can choose USA brand or Chinese brand,the first quality and highest price is Nordson ,the second is ITW. Chinese brand price is just 1/3 or 1/4 than USA brand.If you have enough budget,we still advise buy USA brand.Because USA brand can control spray gule more accurate,inaccurate will waste glue.
3. How many sizes of pad did your machine can make?
A: No matter the pad width,the pad length length or the pad thickness,our machine all can do. If you buy the 600mm width machine,your product width can be 300-600mm,your product length can be 350-1800mm length.
