(6) After all are confirmed to be normal, manual operation should be performed first to check whether each operating part is normal. If there are any defects, the defects should be eliminated first, and the semi-automatic operation can be used for production after the confirmation is correct.
(7) The temperature of the drying room reaches the adjusted value: 680C. (Adjust depending on the degree of dryness of the paper tube)
(8) Before starting the machine, use special tools to tidy up the abrasive shaft, clear the residual glue in the mold shaft, and then blow it with compressed air.
(9) It is necessary to refuel the brass sleeve before starting the machine.
(10) It is necessary to refuel the air exchange valve before starting the machine, and it is necessary to refuel frequently.
(11) During the entire operation process, it is necessary to operate the equipment control switch by one person, and pay attention to whether there is anyone working on the equipment.
