Iron Ring/rubber Ring Binding Machine Principle And Operation Method

Iron binding machine and rubber binding machine belong to one of the binding methods of mechanical binding or loose leaf binding, which is a common text binding method in modern office! The following is a brief introduction to the principle and operation of mechanical binding or loose-leaf binding.

Mechanical binding
One: Principle
In mechanical binding, metal plastic wire is often used to fix each single page to make books and brochures, and then add another spine. The term mechanical binding is misleading because it is currently the least mechanized binding method. But in the past, most books were bound by hand, and the advent of semi-automated mechanical binding was a breakthrough.
Now, the scope of mechanical binding has been expanded to loose-leaf binding. Loose-leaf binding allows users to add or take out individual pages as they see fit. In some loose-bound publications, round, square, or rectangular holes are often punched in the sides, and the pages are bound through them.
Two: Preparation before binding
These two kinds of binding before punching, binding, page arrangement, matching and four sides cutting work. Whether to use mechanical matching or manual operation depends on the amount of work. In mechanical binding, the separate double cover can be paired with the inner sheet, while the single cover needs to be handled separately. In loose-leaf binding, loose-pages are bound in durable binders. The advantage of these two bindings is that the pages can be fully unfolded and flat, and the spine is not easy to damage.
Three: Method
Wire and plastic rod mechanical binding: its method is to use a wire or plastic rod for spiral binding, the machine will spiral them through the printing material side of the small hole, and then the wire or plastic rod through, after the head knot, the printing fixed together. Commercially available durable wire in a variety of sizes; Durable, unbreakable plastic rods are also readily available.
Closed-loop and plastic strip binding are the other two mechanical binding methods. Closed-loop binding consists of a number of parallel wires that automatically lock through holes in the edges of the print and then hold the print together. When stapling with plastic strips, the plastic nails attached to the plastic strips pass through the hole in the edge of the print and are joined together by another plastic strip underneath. With these two binding methods, pages cannot be added or removed at will.
Loose leaf binding:
The simplest binder is to use a plastic clip, put the print inside, attach a transparent cover, and use pressure to secure the print. Other loose-leaf binding is no more than one or both of the following two methods: that is, elastic or stud binding. The use of spring binding also uses pressure to clamp the edges of the print, but in this case, their covers are very strong and bound together with the cover. As long as the spring ring or grappling hook is opened, you can directly replace the page. Stud binding, the advantage is that it can be extended, and there is no problem with very thick loose-leaf books, but the disadvantage is that when adding or taking out the page, it must be completely opened.
Scope of application:
Loose-leaf binding is suitable for industrial product manuals, catalogs, manuals, financial statements and other printed materials that often need to be replaced. Because the cost of replacing individual pages is much lower than the cost of replacing the entire text file.
Binding operation method of rubber binding machine:
1, organize the data, first punch (each punch page number pay attention to the machine requirements)
2, put the rubber ring on the comb teeth of the machine, use the handle of the binding machine to pull open, if you can not pull open, adjust the direction of the rubber ring
3. Put the perforated data on the pulled rubber ring in order
4, close the rubber ring, remove the data can be (handle return)
