Optimization Of Cutter Clutch

A paper cutter does not have a knife during operation. After using a multimeter to measure the relevant circuit, check the electromagnetic clutch part, dismantle and clean the electromagnetic clutch installation, clean up the oily printing price, the problem has been eliminated, and now I will make a summary.


(1) Use a multimeter to measure the circuit inside the cut button, and it appears normal.


(2) At the center control position of the front-end circuit of the fuselage, use a multimeter to successively stop the safety pin contactor km7, the cutting contactor km8, the cutting time limit relay kt2 and other circuit positions as well as the safety pin solenoid valve yv3, solenoid valve yv2 and electromagnetic clutch yc2. Test Zhengzhou printing, all appear normal, but in the actual test process, it is always impossible to cut the knife. At this time, use a flat-blade screwdriver to connect the circuit at the km8 position of the contactor, and it is found that the knife bed can be cut down normally and returned to its position.


 (3) Check and clear the electromagnetic safety latch. Remove the electromagnetic safety latch. First remove the printed body of the two unit lines connected to the travel switch, remove the hexagonal screw used for fixing, and slowly pull out 3 sets of electrical circuits from the connection at both ends (pay attention to the electrical circuit apron of the 77th mark, beware of falling off) for printing price, remove the electromagnetic safety pin.


(4) If it is found that the armature seat is greasy, dirty, rusted, etc., use an appropriate amount of gasoline to clean and scrub the compression spring, screw, armature seat and other parts of the plug. When the machine is turned on, the printing paper can be cut normally. At the same time, it is found that the sound of the safety pin is also rigid and loud.
