The cross-cutting machine is widely used, mainly used for slitting and slitting of garments, home textiles, shoes, non-woven fabrics, dust-free cloths, microfiber cloths, glass fiber cloths, sunshine fabrics, and curtain industries.
The cross cutting machine is divided into longitudinal cutting and transverse cutting. The longitudinal cutting is mainly used for slitting and cutting straight strips. The transverse cutting is mainly the operation of transverse cutting the fabric after the longitudinal cutting. For example, the width of the longitudinal cutting is 50CM width. , then make a cross cut at whatever length you want and get the block fabric the customer wants. It is convenient, quick and easy to operate. The main cutting methods are as follows:
1. Cold cut. This method is mainly used for cotton fabrics and other fabrics that are not suitable for eager cutting and cannot be edge-sealed. Such as: non-woven slitting, slitting and slitting of cotton fabrics, cold cutting is divided into flying knife cutting, upper and lower knife cutting, pneumatic knife cutting, blade cutting, which depends on the material of the customer's cutting and optional requirements.
2. Laser cutting method. This automatic cross-cutting machine cutting method is suitable for slitting and slitting of chemical fiber, leather and other materials, and can replace the traditional slitting method. Hot-cutting knives, and hot-cutting knives are difficult to apply in cross-cutting applications, so laser cutting can perfectly replace the hot-cutting method to achieve the hot-cutting needs and edge sealing effects of customers. At the same time, this cutting method can also engrave the desired pattern according to the customer's requirements.
3. Ultrasonic cutting. This cutting method can be compatible with the first two cutting requirements. It can seal the edges of chemical fiber fabrics and meet the needs of cold cutting. At the same time, you can choose molds according to your own needs to achieve the desired lace shape. It's just that there will be limitations in speed, so the old saying is good: there is no such thing as everything. There is no one-size-fits-all machine, and while there are benefits, there are also limitations.
