Configuration

1.Machine frame adapt tower structure,use square steel make.wallboard adapt laser cutting,every cutter frame hole site use CNC process.use 20mm steel plate.

2.Cursher system

Adapt saw blade type crusher(pulp max width 510mm):crusher install a independent sotp button and reduce speed button for repair.adapt motor rise the pulp,pulp max roll diameter is 1400mm,can crush the pulp cutting resistance degree ≤1100.pulp feeding adapt servo motor control,auto adjust the quantity according the machine speed,guarantee the cotton is uniform when the machine is different speed,use touch screen set the pulp quantity,machine auto stop when pulp is finish.

3.Cotton core form device

Adapt form drum forming the cotton core,adapt servo motor drive,use high power blower guarantee the cotton core seed.drum will be timing clean by blow,use bag collect the dust.

4.SAP adding device:adapt servo motor control,uniform and continue adding(low quantity alarm and automatic absorber the SAP to SAP device from SAP bag.

5.Material unwinding ,splicing and control

1.Tissue paper(air laid paper) initiative unwinding:equipment with double servo motor control two shaft unwiding,tension control system,no reduce speed splicing device,auto reject waste product cause by splicing,auto stop machine and give a alarm when material use up
