1.Air & wind pipes

1）The drummer, dust & wastage collecting, equipped the vacuum fans.

2.Unwind & splice：

1）Raw splice at stable running & unwinding, manual or auto alternative.

3. Feeding control:

1）Cellulose pulp feeding adopt servo control, Interface setup the feed-in quantity. 

2）SAP spray is servo control, continue working, interface setup the spray weight, lower position alarm.

3）Elastic stretching rate is servo control, interface setup.

1）Interface install at machine middle position, English & Chinese language, Big-screen LED display.

2）Raw materials lacking, jointer, splice, fans & vacuum pump jump-off, all display the real-time information.

5. Heating system:

1）Rotary set temperature control by heating couple, & temp. unit.

2）Heating rotary set adopt heating tube.

4）Heating rotary set use pneumatic compress, auto lifting while line stop, manual control enabled.

6. Safety devices：
