FAQ：

1. What grade or company raw material would we choose?

A: About the wood pulp,you can choose USA or Canada brand,like international paper,GP, Stora Enso. These good brand can use for medical underpad.For the pet pad,you can choose Brazil brand to reduce the cost,but Brazil pulp will be a little yellow than North America brand.

About SAP(super absorbent polymer),this is the main absorbent material in the pad,so add more SAP can let pad have better absorbent. Japan brand SAP have faster absorb water speed than Chinese,like Sumitomo,Three great etc.Consider puppy training pad have lower cost than medical underpad, some factories will use recycle SAP which come from waste baby diaper.

About the tissue paper,we advise the down tissue use better breathability brand(Chinese yinge brand) because the pulp is forming by blower.Bad breathability or high gsm tissue will influence the pulp forming,then influence the machine capacity).Up tissue is OK.

About the non woven fabrics(surface layer),most client will use 100% polypropylene.But some factories choose add some CACO3 to non woven to reduce the cost at pet pad.For example,100% polypropylene need 13000 RMB/ton,50% polypropylene just need 7000-8000 RMB/ton.

About the PE film,most client will use 100% Poly Ethylen.But some factories choose add some CACO3 to non woven to reduce the cost at pet pad.For example,100% Poly Ethylen need 13500 RMB/ton,50% Poly Ethylen just need 8000 RMB/ton.

About the hot melt glue,best brand is Hankle.But for the purpose is just adhesive,so most Chinese brand can meet the demand.
